What shipping carriers do you offer?

We ship all of our packages with USPS or UPS.  

We offer:

• USPS Priority Mail
• USPS Parcel Post
• USPS Priority Flat Rate Box
• UPS Ground
• UPS 2nd Day
• UPS 3 Day

Please note that all orders currently take 1 business day to package before shipping.  We currently list an estimated time of arrival on the Shipping Options page during checkout.

Can I track my shipment?

Yes! All Woodring Northwest packages are shipped with tracking numbers. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when the package is shipped. You can track your packge by doing a search at http://www.ups.com or http://www.usps.com with your tracking number.

I haven't received my order yet!

We apologize for the delay! If it's been more than 2 weeks since you placed your order, please contact customer service at orders@woodringnorthwest.com. Please consult your tracking data before contacting us.

If I choose 2 Day Shipping, when will I get my order?

Orders currently take 1 business day to package before shipping. Therefore, if you choose 2nd Day shipping, it will take 1 day longer than the shipping method.  We currently list an estimated time of arrival on the Shipping Options page during checkout.

Can I return a purchase?
